Reusable cups and carafes

For this edition of Cwarmê, the reusable cup system has been updated: the deposit has been removed. Cups no longer have a monetary value when returned. To keep the city clean, fixed collection points will be installed at strategic locations and mobile collection teams will be active throughout the event. Everyone can easily help make the carnival cleaner and more enjoyable.
